Asha Thomas

Asha joined the Marketing + Communications team in February of 2022.

Asha is a proud alumna of Loyola University New Orleans. After graduating from Loyola she moved to Madrid, Spain where she spent eight months teaching English as a Language and Culture Assistant and traveling around Europe. When she returned to the United States she began her career as a freelance social media strategist and then became the Executive Administrative Assistant/Social Media Manager for the New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce. While there she managed all of the organization's social media accounts and helped to maintain and foster brand image.

Asha is originally from the Northshore, more specifically Folsom which she affectionately refers to as the little village with a big heart. Asha is a lover of all things history. She also enjoys reading, discovering new food spots, being outdoors, cruising through museums, and reading Twitter commentaries.
