The Office of Marketing and Communications is here to help you share your news and announcements with the Loyola community! We offer several regular newsletters and other avenues to help you spread the word. Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision about what content is appropriate to share on our channels, and we may make edits to your submitted content to fit with our style and brand best practices. 

Loyola at a Glance Newsletter

Loyola at a Glance is a weekly digest of non-urgent announcements and updates to faculty and staff. If you would like help promoting the events and services you’re offering, please submit your message or email ataglance@loyno.edu. The deadline for submissions is every Monday at noon. 

Parents of the Pack Newsletter

We send a monthly Parents of the Pack email newsletter to Loyola parents and caregivers. The newsletter includes important reminders and announcements compiled by Loyola’s Parent Relations Committee. View our archive and more information on the Resources for Parents and Families page. Please submit this form to share an announcement with parents in a future newsletter.

General News and Press Inquiries

If your department or office has a press release or other general news you would like help sharing with the Loyola community more broadly, please submit a project request to share the relevant news with our team. We will help you determine the best avenues for sharing your information, including social media, news announcements, and other options.
