Kyle Encar

Native New Orleanian, Kyle Encar, has been working professionally for the past ten years. He discovered his love for photography shortly after receiving his first plastic 35mm camera in eighth grade. While studying fine art photography at the University of New Orleans, Kyle assisted known photographer, Donn Young, and worked in a film lab.

With an artful eye in coverage, Kyle has committed himself to delivering clear, high quality photographs to clients which include, The New Orleans Advocate, The AllState Sugar Bowl, The Sun Belt Conference, and WVUE FOX 8. He finished in 2nd place in The New Orleans Advocate 2014 Reader’s Poll: Favorite Moments in Photos.

One of his favorite subjects to photograph is NBA basketball. When Kyle isn’t carrying his cameras, he enjoys riding his bicycle.
